Eco-friendly

When we decided that our B&B Anima Franca would be accessible and eco-friendly we tried to use every sustainable solution to reduce our emissions and increase our use of renewable energy.
One of the first things done to reduce the energy spent was to cover every wall with foam insulation, we thus achieved a level of thermal insulation ideal both for hot and cold seasons of the year. Nonetheless, every room is still equipped with air conditioning allowing you to have your room just as you want it. Solar panels are installed on the roof and serve to power our entire structure and bring comfort to our guests, such as the ac system powered by a powerful heat pump.
To save water, a common resource that’s becoming rarer and rarer everywhere, we have installed a system that collects rainwater which lands on the roof.
In the next few months a swimming pool will be added, available from 2023, with salty water instead of chlorine to reduce our use of chemicals and make it an even more enjoyable experience.
